Normal is not the same as optimal

Claude responded: The doctor says everything looks fine. The doctor says everything looks fine. And yet, nothing is happening.
"Normal" on a lab report means you cleared the minimum bar.
It doesn't mean your numbers are working for conception.
Most couples find this out 12 months too late.
- Testosterone can look fine on paper, but still be too low to support conception.
- Vitamin D, zinc and B12 are often "within range" but not high enough to actually support sperm health.
- You can be told everything is normal even when morphology is 3%Â
- One semen analysis isn't enough. Illness can suppress results for months.

Hi, I'm Grace!

I'm a qualified Fertility Nutrition Practitioner and I work with couples every day who have been told everything looks fine - but something still isn't clicking. Male fertility is half the picture, and it's the half that gets the least attention.
This cheat sheet exists so you can walk into any appointment informed, ask the right questions, and actually understand what the results mean for your chances of conceiving.
